I want to volunteer! How do I sign up?
First time volunteers can find step-by-step instructions on our New Volunteer Information Page. If you have volunteered with us before, you may already have an account and can reset your password.

How old do I have to be to volunteer?
We have opportunities for children ages 12 and up. Minimum age requirements vary by volunteer opportunity and are noted on the opportunities details page.
Children under the ages of 14 must volunteer with a parent or guardian. Please see our welcome page for step-by-step instructions to respond to an opportunity with children under 14.
Can I just show up? Why not?
To create a safe and enjoyable volunteer experience, every volunteer needs to register in advance and sign up for an opportunity within the available shifts. This helps our staff to ensure proper staffing for our guests and the best possible experience for all of our volunteers.
What do I need to bring and wear?
You should wear comfortable clothing that is well fitted. Clothes that are to lose and baggy can be a safety hazard and come into contact with food. Wear long pants or capris, shorts or skirts are not allowed unless working outdoors. Shoes need to be closed toed, no sandals or flip-flops. The clothing guidelines help us maintain proper sanitation for our guests and safety for our volunteers, you will not be able to volunteer without proper attire.
During the current COVID-19 situation, we are requiring all volunteers to wear a face mask and recommend everyone wear their own cloth or disposable face mask. We have a limited amount of disposable face masks for those who do not have their own face masks.
What skills are required?
No experience is required. But a willingness to work and positive attitude! For new volunteers, your first day will consist of hands on training on one of our Volunteer Teams. After completing a training shift, you will be able to sign up for other opportunities.
How do I cancel or reschedule a shift?
When necessary, canceling your shifts is easy! Simply log into your profile (click your initials/photo in the top right corner), go to “Opportunity Responses”, and select "unregister" from the dropdown menu next to the corresponding opportunity you would like to cancel. If rescheduling, simply respond to a new opportunity.
