
This camp provides an introduction to the Culinary Kitchen. Our Kitchen Team is responsible for assisting our Sous Chef Apprentices to help ensure the highest food quality from the hotline to the table. Responsibilities include cleaning, cooking with prepped and raw ingredients, as well as using recipes to prepare menu items, and taking direction from the Sous Chefs to create each plate.
Participants will receive 24 hours of hands-on training and a certificate of completion certifying hours completed during the Student Camp. All hours meet college and school requirements for volunteer hours.
